• How can I join the Zoom meeting?

  You can join the meeting by clicking the meeting link, which will be sent to the email you used to register for the webinar. 

  • Make sure to download the Zoom application to your phone or desktop. 
  • Save your confirmation email and add the event to your calendar.
  • Check your WIFI, audio and laptop compatibility with Zoom. 

• How do I submit a question for the speakers?

  You can submit a question ahead of time by emailing publicrelations@gulfside.org 

  During the webinar, you will also be able to submit questions to our speakers through the chat box.

• Will the webinar be recorded?

  Yes, the webinar will be recorded. Our team will be sending a follow up email that will recap the webinar and include the presentation slides as well as some helpful information.

• I'm interested in another webinar topic, how can I send my suggestion?

  We would love to hear your suggestions for future webinar topics! You can email them to publicrelations@gulfside.org 

• What if I have a question for the panelists that contains sensitive or private information?

  During the webinar you will have an option to send questions anonymously. You can also email your question to our team publicrelations@gulfside.org and it will be sent to the panelists.
